We loved its convenient location, just minutes from the center. Exploring the beautiful churches and tasting local dishes at that mind-blowing restaurant was a highlight. The front desk helped us find some great spots to check out. Definitely a must-stay spot for group trips!
The noise from the lobby was pretty disruptive at night. It would be better if the windows provided better sound insulation. It was a bit tough getting restful sleep due to that.

I stayed in the Suite and it had a cozy vibe with lots of vintage decor. The beds were super comfy, and the room felt homely enough even with the random furniture mix. But the bathroom was smaller than expected, and it didn't match the photos, kinda disappointing. Still, we rearranged things easily to suit our needs, and the staff were helpful with that!

The location is convenient, with access to the city center. The staff, particularly Danny, were polite and accommodating, helping us rearrange our room for more space. Breakfast offered a simple yet decent selection, and a highlight was the delicious hamburgers from the in-house restaurant. Our initial room was quite small and didn't match the photos, leading to a switch that was different than expected, though still acceptable. On weekends, the hotel felt crowded .

The restaurant experience was fantastic, especially the steak and wine. While staying with our kids, we found the staff accommodating and they even helped with translation when necessary, a nice touch. The location was perfectly centered for exploring Cuenca.
In my wife's opinion, the shower temperature was unpredictable.

Charming Stay with Unique Flair
I enjoyed the hotel's vintage decor which transported me to another time. Breakfast felt special despite the quiet ambiance. Pro tip, don't expect a wide wine selection at the bar. The comfortable beds and lovely room details, perfect for couples or those appreciating history.

the location was perfect, with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. the hotel offered two complimentary services which were a pleasant surprise: breakfast, which was simple but tasty, and fast Wi-Fi throughout the building. the staff was friendly and helpful. One advantage of the hotel was the spacious room, which offered plenty of privacy and was nicely decorated.
There were a few setbacks. the lobby was noisy at night, and the sound would wake me up when people entered or left the hotel.

Great New Year's experience. Perfect location close to bars, restaurants, and popular tourist attractions. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The New Year's Eve party was amazing and the fireworks were spectacular. The hotel was beautifully decorated and the food was delicious.
The noise level was high due to the popular area in which it was located. It was difficult to sleep at night due to the noise from outside and the room being too hot.
